Given that at the start of the year the Tories wanted to sell off the £200m Oxford Vaccine and Research Centre which was built with taxpayer money, and that with this deal comes Moderna promising to ‘..expand its presence in the UK through investments in R&D…’, I think we can all see what’s coming next.
