Would it be reasonable to require that all cars sold or operated in the state have their speed limiter set to 121?

The just googled rs6 and gave the 0-100 time. It’s completely wrong for that model.
The Irish media wouldn’t know what a “high-powered” car is if is slapped them in the dick, except in this one specific instance. And in this instance, they’re not even referring to the right model of RS6 when they talk about the 0-100 time.
You always hear “Attempted to away in a high powered car”… the car is something mildly faster than a Hyundai i10.
