Guy really did sound like he was mentally ill I’m surprised he got sentenced otherwise.
If part of the idea of the army is to keep troubled souls out of mischief, there probably needs to be more done than there is.
Definitely a killing for which the military bears some responsibility due to its disgusting habit of discarding its veterans and leaving them to deal with the consequences of trauma alone.
