I dunno I’d at least like something here to work. The health services are shambolic , public transportation is a wreck, prices are ridiculous. Why does anyone want to live here
If only a fucking visa was easier to get
Pay the workers then!!
Johnson’s absolutely revelling in these strikes and disruptions. He can’t keep going to Kyiv, so he’s got to inflict his misery on us here at home. And now he’s so comfortable just basically saying ‘we’re gunna keep these strikes going for as long as possible’. What a tosser.
I guess the calculation is whether the Conservative Party can adequately spin this such that they are seen as big and strong and smashing the unions in the Thatcher-esque sense or if the public will blame the government for not being able to run basic public services.
Sadly with a bias of more pro-government right wing papers than anti-government left leaning ones, I think they might just pull off blaming workers.
“warns of” is an interesting was to spell “plans for”.
Rail workers should give him what he wants then, not short duration strikes with plenty of notice that are barely an inconvenience to most people.

of course he does. he’s running out of ways to divide and conquer us.
Just part of the remaining 32 months of misery we’re going to have to face until we can kick this tyrant out.
>Boris Johnson brags of months of rail strike misery
ES, FTFY.
ES’s sister paper this morning:
>Independent: [It’s time to state the blindingly obvious – these are Tory rail strikes](https://www.independent.co.uk/voices/rail-strikes-boris-johnson-keir-starmer-grant-shapps-b2105754.html)
I thought it was only this week
