Tomas Selic led the way with an astounding six points on four goals and two assists. Matus Valik also had a goal and two assists.
It was the United States from beginning to end against Germany in an 8-1 win. While the United States had a small 2-1 lead after the first period, the team’s offense was anything but done. The team scored four goals in the second period and two more in the third. The USA spread the wealth around, with a different player scoring each of the eight goals.
