Good, a man who can build his own company and fly to space can surely work out a way around a bridge without dismantling it.
I think I’ve mostly seen foreign media talk about this. The bridge was to be dismantled and put back together after the ship passed through as was done numerous times already. I feel like most people ignored this because they simply wanted to hate on Bezos.
based dutch vandalizers
>widespread outcry
Widespread envious little bastards.
jeff bezos can take his yacht and put it up his greedy bastardo ass.
I was actually gonna go there, throw eggs at the yacht. I think we had like 2k people signed up for this, lmao
So threats of violence and vandalism are perfectly valid and, according to envious leftists, morally good strategy.
Good to know
Some commenters here said this bridge has been dismantled and rebuilt several times before, I guess for the same reason (letting new large ships pass and go to open sea).
Now, there’s a detail I really can’t understand: this shipbuilding company has the capacity to build megayachts and other large ships. Why on Earth does such a company have its shipyard **before** a brigde that must be dismantled and reassembled over and over again? There must be something I’m missing, I’m sure, otherwise this is the most idiotic thing I’ve ever heard.
IMO ‘dismantled’ is the wrong term for taking apart *and then putting it back together again*.

so in the end, some vandalism is really helpful.
