They’re as much of a Muslim mosque, as the church of Scientology is a Christian church.
Anyone taking bets?
A quick look at the Google reviews of this mosque is a goldmine, hundreds of one star ratings from people with names likely to have their origins in Muslim majority countries and a few hundred 5 star ratings from people whose name suggest a western origin and thus a statistically unlikely chance of them being Muslim. This all balances out to a rating of exactly 2.6, almost perfect.
I have no horses in this race.
However taking a supportive role for a certain group, while also claiming to be followers of doctrine that describe said group as “forsaken” “cursed” and “deviant” seems to be a bit of a paradox.
There are passages in Quran depicting forsaking of and destruction of communities of “deviant practices”, similar to “Sodom and Gomorrah” passages of Bible.
