Condition of the injured and aftermath of the attacks

According to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, another injured person received outpatient treatment.

At night, Russian forces attacked Odesa with ballistic missiles and attack drones; casualties and damage to infrastructure facilities were reported.

Electricity, mobile communications, and water supplies were cut off in some areas of Odesa as a result of the strikes; earlier, nine people had been reported injured.
