Difficult for Trump to avoid a military strike on Iran in coming weeks

John Sfakianakis, Head of Research at the Gulf Research Center, says he expects President Donald Trump to resume military strikes in Iran soon, though not necessarily against infrastructure. He also doubts the US was involved in discussions over the Strait of Hormuz and does not expect the waterway to reopen in any meaningful way anytime soon.
