The partnership comes as the UAE advances efforts to integrate agentic AI into government services and strategic industries. It is designed to help organisations adopt AI-driven autonomy while maintaining governance, operational control, regulatory compliance and human oversight.

Jaid , a governed work execution platform for regulated enterprises, has announced a strategic partnership with DSKZ International Investment,  a subsidiary of DSKZ Group, to accelerate the responsible adoption of governed agentic AI solutions across the United Arab Emirates, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Africa.

The partnership comes as the UAE advances efforts to integrate agentic AI into government services and strategic industries. It is designed to help organisations adopt AI-driven autonomy while maintaining governance, operational control, regulatory compliance and human oversight.

Under the agreement, Jaid will combine its governed work execution platform with DSKZ International Investment’s regional commercialisation capabilities, strategic investment resources, government relationships and enterprise transformation ecosystem. The partners will focus on helping organisations redesign complex, communication-driven operations for AI-enabled environments.

Through its Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation practice, DSKZ International Investment works with governments, regulated industries and strategic enterprises on sovereign AI capability, enterprise AI transformation and next-generation digital infrastructure. The partnership with Jaid forms part of DSKZ’s wider strategy to position Abu Dhabi as a regional hub for trusted, enterprise-grade agentic AI deployment while supporting digital sovereignty and long-term economic development.

The companies noted that critical operational processes within many regulated organisations continue to originate through emails, shared inboxes, documents, messaging platforms and other unstructured communication channels. Traditional enterprise systems often capture these activities only after they have been manually interpreted, assigned and executed.

Jaid provides an execution layer between these communication channels and existing enterprise systems, converting fragmented business activity into structured, controlled and auditable workflows that can be executed collaboratively by people and AI under defined governance policies.

The platform is designed to enable organisations to deploy AI within live business environments while maintaining human oversight, role-based permissions, regulatory compliance, traceability and auditability. These capabilities are particularly relevant to governments, financial institutions, healthcare providers and other highly regulated organisations.

The initial focus of the partnership will include identifying opportunities for governed agentic AI adoption across government and regulated industries, converting communication-driven processes into structured AI-ready workflows, and deploying secure and auditable human-AI operations aimed at improving productivity, decision-making and customer outcomes.

The companies will also advise governments and enterprises on AI governance, operational readiness and transformation strategies while supporting the regional commercialisation and implementation of enterprise AI solutions through DSKZ’s strategic ecosystem and institutional partnerships.

“The opportunity presented by agentic AI is considerable, but the defining enterprise challenge is how organisations introduce greater autonomy without sacrificing governance, accountability or operational control. In regulated environments, every decision and every action must remain transparent, explainable and auditable regardless of whether the work is performed by a person or by AI. Jaid transforms fragmented communication led work into governed execution across people, AI and existing enterprise systems. Together with DSKZ International Investment, we look forward to helping organisations across the UAE and the wider region move beyond AI experimentation towards trusted, measurable and enterprise scale AI operations.”

– Paul James, Chief Executive Officer, Jaid

“The United Arab Emirates continues to establish itself as one of the world’s leading AI economies through visionary leadership, progressive regulation and an unwavering commitment to innovation. Artificial intelligence is rapidly evolving beyond isolated use cases to become a core operational capability embedded across government and enterprise. Success will not be measured simply by access to advanced AI models, but by the ability to deploy them responsibly, securely and at scale. Our partnership with Jaid combines world class governed AI technology with DSKZ’s regional ecosystem, strategic partnerships, investment platform and enterprise transformation capabilities to help organisations unlock measurable operational value while strengthening national AI capability, digital sovereignty and long-term economic growth.”

– Dr. Khalifa AlAleeli, Group CEO and President, DSKZ Group

Under the partnership, DSKZ International Investment will lead capital access, regional market development, strategic partnerships, enterprise engagement and transformation programmes across priority sectors. Jaid will provide the governed AI platform, technical expertise and product capabilities needed to support enterprise-scale deployment.

The two companies will engage government ministries and agencies, financial institutions, insurance companies, healthcare providers, aviation organisations, logistics operators, energy companies and other regulated enterprises seeking practical approaches to governed agentic AI adoption.
