WARRICK CO., Ind. (WFIE) – More Warrick County residents with opinions on data centers gathered at Tuesday’s Commissioner meeting
There, Warrick County Commissioners unanimously voted yes on a moratorium that will pause all data center development for 180 days.
This will give more time to research and plan regulations
Commissioners say they are not closing the door completely on data centers, just pausing them.
This comes after the Area Plan Commission Monday night also saw a crowd.
Emma Beck was at Tuesday’s meeting and is working on reports.
