BIRKENSTOCK is giving its footwear line-up a fresh addition with the new Amsterdam Wrapped clog, its most minimal offering of the season.
The slip-on style strips things right back, with no straps, laces or buckles, bringing a clean, understated take to the brand’s classic slipper silhouettes.
At first glance, the Amsterdam Wrapped feels familiar, especially for fans of the iconic Boston. However, its pared-back construction gives it a more refined look, while the plush suede upper adds a soft, textured finish similar to the OG material found on the Boston Suede.
So far the Amsterdam Wrapped clog arrives in brown, taupe and charcoal, each colourway is designed to develop a unique patina over time, making the pair feel more personal with wear.
The design keeps things simple with a rounded toe, flat sole and easy slip-on construction, making it an effortless everyday option. BIRKENSTOCK branding is kept deliberately subtle, appearing on the medial heel and footbed, while the rest of the clog is left almost completely clean.
