Stockholm, 2026-08-17 – Sertion continues its expansive growth journey through the acquisition of Aqua & Care. The acquisition strengthens Sertion’s position within critical water infrastructure and takes the Group another step forward in its development as a leading international infra- and installation partner within complex HVAC and sanitation, technical infrastructure and industrial piping.
Aqua & Care is a well-established Norwegian specialist in the service, maintenance and upgrading of UV water disinfection systems. Founded in 2003, the company is built on more than 30 years of industry experience and provides technical expertise and aftermarket services for critical water treatment applications across Norway, Sweden and Germany. Aqua & Care will strengthen Sertion’s capabilities within sustainable water infrastructure and expand the Group’s service offering in an attractive and growing market.
