London is probably the best globalized city in the world and, IMHO, has a very high standard of living while not feeling too hostile for a such a metropolis to both the locals and the foreigners coming to work here. Albeit not perfect, London is slightly better than nearby Paris while being very well connected to it, and clearly more generous in services and infrastructures than many others EU tech capitals.
