Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is reportedly “hellbent on revenge” after losing his titles, his Royal Lodge residence and positive public opinion, and blames one key royal for his fall from grace.
The former Duke of York was arrested earlier this year on suspicion of misconduct in public office and is currently being investigated after being mentioned multiple times in the Department of Justice’s Epstein Files.
His links to convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein have seen him lose his princely status, honorary military ranks and title as Duke of York, as well as his longtime Windsor home Royal Lodge, which he was evicted from in February.

Now, the 66-year-old is said to be plotting his payback over what he believes has been unfair treatment of him, as well as his ex-wife Sarah ‘Fergie’ Ferguson and daughters Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, by the royal family.
“Make no mistake, this is a man (Andrew) who’s hellbent on revenge and with nothing much left to lose,” a well-placed source told Closer magazine.
They went on to claim that the ex-Prince has become “the epitome of a nightmare” for the British royals and blames his brother for him and his family being ostracised by their relatives and the public.
“Andrew is absolutely seething and has convinced himself that Charles is deliberately trying to erase him and the entire York branch of the family.”

The insider added that the disgraced royal is “furious” about the way he has been treated and will not back down discreetly, particularly because he feels that he is not responsible for the way things have played out.
“He refuses to take even a shred of accountability and claims the way he’s been treated is a disgrace.”
It comes a few weeks after Andrew was pictured with what appeared to be a large bruise on his face.
The former Duke of York has been keeping a low profile lately after withdrawing from public life.
However, earlier this month, he was snapped while being driven in his Land Rover near his Marsh Farm home, notably sporting a large purple mark stretching from his temple to his cheek.
While it is not known how the disgraced royal obtained the large bruise on his face, a well-placed source told Daily Mail at the time that it was not a “cause for concern” and there was “no drama” behind the discolouration.
The insider reportedly declined to offer further details on account of medical confidentiality.

A separate report published by The Times claimed that the bruise “is thought to be the result of a non-serious medical condition”.
Andrew continues to deny any wrongdoing.
