A new diplomatic chapter is taking shape as Kyiv welcomes representatives from four countries amid intensifying attacks and preparations for a difficult winter.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accepted the credentials of the newly appointed ambassadors of Bulgaria, Estonia, India, and Germany. The ceremony marks the official start of these representatives’ diplomatic missions in Ukraine.
The head of state welcomed the diplomats as they began their work and spoke about Ukraine’s international efforts to achieve peace. He paid particular attention to the need to support the country amid intensified Russian shelling and preparations for the winter period.

Ukraine’s Cooperation with Bulgaria, Estonia, India, and Germany
During the meeting, the parties discussed key areas for further cooperation. The topics included the development of trade and economic ties, as well as cooperation in specific sectors that could strengthen Ukraine and the countries represented by the new ambassadors.
Earlier, on July 30, Volodymyr Zelenskyy accepted the credentials of the newly appointed ambassadors of Oman, North Macedonia, the United Arab Emirates, the Netherlands, and France. The new diplomatic missions are expected to continue Ukraine’s bilateral dialogue with its partners.
