Is it a first time passport? There’s longer delays for first time
I got mine renewal with the time they said 10 days
Took 4 months for ours, 3 renewals and 2 new.
my uncle had to pay for priority but he got in in a few days. he was waiting 6 weeks
keep ringing and emailing. they love a chase
My friend is as the same. It said it was ready but he had to ring a months later to see where it was. Mine came a week after it was due. Still took 2 months and 3 weeks. It was a renewal but i had to post stuff in so it was delayed.
