The beTransparent platform lists grants received by doctors from pharmaceutical companies. Those could be for valid reasons but have historically often been very close to bribery.
Rules put in place during the last decade have offered more and more rules to limit those gifts and the last effort made was this transparency platform.
I’ve seen small amounts but also large sums of money
Registering the “compensations” was once my student job for a pharmaceutical Company. This went from guving free samples to giving plane tickets + hotel for a business trip on 10 locations to pick from.
