A former Imperial Beach Little League treasurer is facing felony charges for allegedly stealing more than 96-thousand-dollars from the youth baseball organization.
39-year-old Reshae Cuevas pleaded not guilty Wednesday to eight counts each of embezzlement and grand theft.
Prosecutors allege Cuevas made about 30-thousand-dollars in unauthorized purchases and transferred more than 60-thousand-dollars to her Apple Cash account.
The alleged transactions included online gaming and gambling, gift cards and a DMV fee. Cuevas remains out of custody on 20-thousand-dollars bail
