JD Vance to return to Bangor area next week
Vice President JD Vance is set to speak in Brewer on Monday morning.

Vice President JD Vance is scheduled to speak in Brewer on Monday morning.
According to the Office of the Vice President, Vance is set to speak at CompoTech.
This is a defense technology company that does contracting work with the federal government and the U.S. military.
Vance was in Bangor back in May, talking about fraud allegations.
At the time, Vance was highly critical of Democratic Gov. Janet Mills, saying she is one of the biggest reasons why Maine has one of the worst fraud problems in the country. The vice president also claimed Mills has fought back against the Trump administration’s efforts to identify fraud in Medicaid and Medicare programs.
