On August 20, the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, also known as the DFSA or Finanstilsynet, revoked three guidelines on boards of directors’ evaluation of their collective suitability. 

The guidelines concerned boards of banks, mortgage institutions, insurance companies and cross-sector pension funds.
