Vraped in Genuine Cypriot Lavash of Armenahori, that we bought on our trip there the day before.
As a Cypriot studying abroad, you can put any kind of food combinations in a wrap and it’s a meal XD. Enjoy the vlanggouthkia wrap my friend.
It looks delicious buddy, hope you enjoyed that!
I am sorry did your family have a well known restaurant in Limassol. We can let the people decide which one looks better
Ah Armenohori is the village next to be! Howdy neighbor!
It was a settlement by Armenians, which was then inhabited by the Knights Templar and then by the Hospitaller knights. In recent history, if i am not mistaken, they were mostly Greek Cypriots, some Armenians and half of the village population which were Turkish Cypriots.
It looks so bad and so tasty at the same time
Fun fact: liver is perhaps the most nutritious part of the animal. It’s never available in the RoC because of stupid EU regulations but Turkish cypriots still get it a lot and it can be found very esily and for dirt cheap in north supermarkets.
Recipe please. My mom is from Limassol (well Famagusta) but relocated. I would love to try replicate this for her
Isnt sokething unique as Cypriot traditional dish ….
Its just tasty as grandfather did it if u like liver which i dont … thats all …
nothing to show nothing to proof nothing special once u consider what dishes Cypriot kitches provides 🙂
