  1. Pragmatic solution. Hopefully many will be able to go back in a relatively short timeframe. Lots of unknowns.

  2. It states they won’t be built until November? If they are still here by then they will never be returning. The article also talks about ”international protection accommodation”, is that a euphemism for Direct Provision?

  3. Serious Question.

All for helping the refugees but why wasn’t this thought of for our native homeless? Or was it and it just didn’t get the press coverage?

  4. 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 Irelands latest refugee camp… 👏 👏 👏👏 👏 👏 Oh im so proud.

  5. That’s great and all but if they were sitting on this solution all along then surely this could have been considered for our homeless. I know its a stereotype “wharrabout the homeless” as a point but this would be very insulting news if you were in that situation.

  6. Great initiative but meanwhile a lot of homeless are sleeping under bridges..playing politics is all they are and care about. Wouldn’t it be great if they made 500 more of these housing for some of the children wandering the streets looking for shelter..
