So the correct question to ask would be: Why isn’t there any Sauerkraut or Bier to buy in toilet vending machines?
Well, because if these were free, like in our apartments, everyone would take them.

Sometimes your partner just needs an extra bit of relief to handle the stress of flying.

Interesting coincidence, we just found this in a restaurant/bar yesterday in both bathroom sections.
My husband is amused by this any time we have to fly out. But for whatever reason, they don’t have them in the women’s restroom. At least not any of the ones I’ve seen in Stuttgart airport.
Why shouldn’t they be sold there?
I think this vending machines were planned for condoms…. But then they thought about other things to sell there to get more profit.
It’s based on an old tradition to gift the host a vibrator, and a sex shop at an airport would be a bit strange. That’s why it’s in the bathrooms.
