R.T.E wants these workers (who will do ALL the work), to work for FREE. These workers will have to sign a contract to say they have done all the various jobs for FREE and cannot claim compensation at a later date. The contract will specify ‘All Existing Technologies AND Technologies Not Invented Yet’ can and will be used for broadcasting.
R.T.E will promote the show and gain Ad Revenue from broadcasting on TV and on-line. They will receive repeated Ad Revenue each and every time it is shown on TV and Streamed on-line. FOREVER.
ALL THE PRODUCTION STAFF WILL GET PAID AS NORMAL (+ COMMISSION for certain goals).
On another note, the lady on the phone seemed to be playing fast and loose with the GDPR laws by asking to be sent Phone Numbers and Email addresses of this guy’s team. That’s because see knew she was not really getting anywhere with him, she might have better luck dealing with them directly.

Ukraine is Europe. What we’re doing it here is paying it forward and thanking Ukraine for fighting a war in our behalf. We should be doing more, yet this subreddit in particular seems to want to do less.
If you want to solve the housing crisis, start protesting politicians and “residents associations” that seek to prevent building of apartments.

Housing refuges is also the choice of the land owner, not the state broadcaster or the production company. The landowner advertised the need for help and SOS answered the call.
Another way of looking at this apart from the humanity of saving young children from a war torn nightmare, is that the fact that we can some how find room in our country for people whose homes have been bombed, also highlights thay politicians can no longer hide the fact hat we can house the homelass

Jesus those people are going through enough they are genuine refugees from a shit show of a war zone. Russia is destroying their country and killing them? They are not exploiting a system or economic migrants. They didn’t want to come here! This is not the first time I’ve heard stuff like this, is this shit gaining momentum?
I mean in principle he’s asking why are we making plans to house refugees when we can’t house our own. If a country has a financial crisis, it wouldn’t make economic sense to start giving money to Ukraine so if a country has a housing crisis, why are we signing up to construct houses for foreign citizens but not when our own citizens need it?
