I’ve been wanting to make a Norwegian recipe for a while now, so I thought I’d start with this! Although I think my Mexican butt nearly ruined it lol!
It came out on the thicker side, and I definitely should have used more than a stick and a half of butter, but it was velvety smooth and tasted pretty good imo! 🙂
Edit: Whoops, forgot to add more butter on top! Will do that for my next serving, haha.
