German Election: Nazi-Party “AfD” falls for flyer scam.

  1. The AfD is not a “Nazi Party” (they would be forbidden if they were) but a rightwing populist party which has some individual neo-nazi members and voters. The distinction is important.

  2. I say the same I’ve said in the other thread that got deleted already. I don’t like the AfD. But I think it’s really stupid to commit fraud and then post your evidence. Signed contract or not is kinda irrelevant when you post a video stating “they hired us and we just burn them, lol”.

  3. I don’t have any sympathies for the AfD. They are Nazis, after all.

But this is bad. Fight the AfD *within* the legal system, don#t commit fraud to do it.

We need to uphold democracy and the rule of law, and not only do so when it suits us.

If everyone started doing this to parties they personally don’t like, it would endanger our democratic process. Damaging democracy in the name of upholding it is bad.

  4. Just imagine if for instance the Identitäre Bewegung did exactly the same thing to Die Linke.

Would you also react as positive and say “well theres crimes and theres crimes, guess thats whats happing when you were the SED back in the says lol”?

  5. I don’t like AfD, but this is not the way to deal with them. It will only work as fuel for the anti left propaganda and, if shit like this continues it wouldn’t surprise me if they got radicalized even more.
