what a great idea, they won’t want to strike after straight up pay cut!
I guess COVID isn’t that serious anymore. What a joke.
If the government don`t deem it ok to give NHS staff off work ill a bit of a helping hand because of that virus, I won`t feel the need to deem it ok to be following any nonsense guidelines/rules of that virus ever again. Fair`s fair. Not having it both ways.
Nutters out in full force in this thread.
What the actual fuck?! I could actually smack someone this is not OK. We put up with so much shit already and now this?!???
Don’t get angry at the government remember it’s all the fault of the rail workers on strike. They are the ones stopping you from earning a wage, fight amongst yourselves please.
So they still get six months of full sick pay?
Edit: I’m asking because that’s what the article states
To be fair, this happened in my trust recently for all sickness and people really don’t care.
Its fair enough that when you’re on sick, you don’t get your saturday enhancement. I’d rather get a decent pay rise than get 30% more when I’m off sick, which is hardly ever
