Athena Agentic has acquired the Omni Cyber Solutions Agentic Platform, adding artificial intelligence-powered cybersecurity technology and intellectual property to its Unified Cyber Operations Platform.
The transaction became effective July 16, 2026 and represents Athena Agentic’s second acquisition in less than 60 days.
Athena is acquiring Omni Cyber Solutions’ Agentic Platform technology and intellectual property and plans to integrate its capabilities across vulnerability scanning, Shadow AI identification, penetration testing and broader autonomous security operations.
Omni Cyber Solutions developed its platform from experience building full security operations centers for customers across financial services, government and enterprise markets in multiple countries.
Athena plans to incorporate those capabilities into its Unified Cyber Operations Platform, or UCOP, which is designed to bring together autonomous security operations, vulnerability management, AI governance and governance, risk and compliance capabilities.
The strategy is centered on reducing the number of disconnected cybersecurity products and teams organizations need to manage.
Athena wants customers to be able to operate security functions through a unified system that can increasingly perform monitoring, analysis and response actions autonomously.
The company sees machine-speed security operations becoming more important as cyberattack timelines compress and organizations face growing pressure to respond to threats faster.
Athena also highlighted demand for security platforms that can support sovereign and internationally distributed deployments.
Existing Omni Cyber Solutions Agentic Platform customers will continue receiving product support while gaining access to additional Athena capabilities as the integration progresses.
Athena Agentic operates as the AI-native technology platform owned by Agentic Cyber AI.
The acquisition adds another set of autonomous cybersecurity capabilities to the company as it builds a broader platform spanning security operations, penetration testing, vulnerability management and AI governance.
