Hey everyone,
I got a job in Poland and they want me to get a criminal record from eKRK but it doesn’t work. There is a guide on how to obtain it by traditional means [here](https://www.gov.pl/web/krk-en/obtaining-information-traditional), but it does not have any clues on how to pay the 30 PLN or the form itself. Can someone who did it before hold my hand please? I need the certificate ready in 3 weeks. Thank you all beforehand.

This page describes it perfectly for anyone who comes across this post

You can either pay by the bank transfer and attach transfer conformation that you can obtain from your bank or you can buy e-stamps and pay stamp duty via the special web page.
More info here: https://www.gov.pl/web/krk-en/fees
The e-krk is down since two weeks, there was some serious screw up since they didnt even estimate when it will be back online.
Edit: if you are pressured for time, instead of mailing the form it might be better to go in-person to the court to get it.
I did it in January through mail. After 2 months, tired of waiting and without a reference number to ask for updates, I just went directly to a court with these type of services and requested it again. After 6 weeks, I got both. The bad news here is, as a foreigner, they will ask for your criminal record to your home country, and then they attach it to the Polish criminal record.
