And I’m curious whether other european countries also have such problems. What about Poland? What consequences can you feel in your country today? What is to come?

  1. Petrol prices have grown, so have coal prices, as for natural gas for consumers, hard to say now since it’s summer and its usage is still low. But anyway, we won’t be as affected as Germany as we planned to cut off Russian gas way before the war in Ukraine and we largely diminished our dependance on it earlier.

  2. Only consequence i can feel now is from private (or not so private like Orlen) speculation on oil and gas. Poland doesn’t fear the lack of energy goods as we have ways to sustain ourselfs. In the late august of this year we are suposed to have a gaspipe connection with norway which will be the last step in cuting ourselfs from russian imports. So beside the fact that we will pay trice as much for everything, eh not bad.
