The Ussuriysk mayor’s office inspected the scene and found a damage of 30 thousand rubles (400 dollars), which means hooliganism ( since there is damage) and the use of explosives (pyrotechnics). Separately, it’s 15 days of arrest, but if you do both at the same time, it’s from 5 to 8 years in prison. The problem is that this is Andrei’s second offense in a few months. Earlier, he filmed a former felon in a Russian police uniform, and the actress was fined $15. I would say that the chances of getting a real sentence are quite high, it’s better to make a plea bargain and get a suspended sentence.
