He had highlighted the wrong US government were doing and had done and they were caught.
No they have done nothing but using bullying tactics to frightened the Journalists world wide of reporting any US wrong doings.
Continuing to prolong the inevitable, again.
Lol it would be funny as if he arrived and was pardoned before he got off the plane
He had a case to answer when Sweden was seeking his extradition, he had one to answer (and served his sentence) for breaching his bail terms too, I don’t see how whistleblowing on the US’s dodgy actions are worthy of extradition, particularly without pretty strong assurances about his treatment.
We shouldn’t use it as a quid pro quo either.
Assange and WikiLeaks are a Russian intelligence asset, the “whistleblowing” platform turns down leaks that would be damaging to Russia and some of the information they have released came directly from Russian intelligence. WikiLeaks have made it impossible to leak information to the platform regarding the war in Ukraine as it’s now somewhat conveniently impossible to submit any leaks to the site.
Assange himself is a charlatan and part of the alt-right apparatus.
>In December 2018, DDoSecrets listed a leak from Russia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs,[41] portions of which detailed the deployment of Russian troops to Ukraine at a time when the Kremlin was denying a military presence there. About half of the material from that leak was published in 2014; the other half emerged in 2016.[42] **WikiLeaks reportedly rejected a request to host the full cache of files in 2016,[42] at a time when founder Julian Assange was focused on exposing Democratic Party documents passed to WikiLeaks by Kremlin hackers.**[43]
Would be hilarious if Assange was dragged to the US to face trial, and then a grand jury finds him innocent on all counts. Would be the biggest F U ever.

Assange extradition is pointless.

From [DDoSecrets](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Distributed_Denial_of_Secrets). Also see the Muller report on interference in the 2016 US elections, the parts on Assange have been unredacted.
