Prince Harry Is Going Skydiving

Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and their children have returned to the UK after a six year absence, and are settling into their new routines. What’s first on Harry’s royal agenda? Skydiving, naturally.

For one of his first public engagements since returning to Britain, the duke will participate in a charity skydive to benefit Canadian military charities, Sunnybrook and True Patriot Love Foundation, which is affiliated with his Invictus Games. Having spent ten years in the British army himself, veterans and the military has always been a cause close to Prince Harry’s heart. According to Sunnybrook, the idea for the jump was inspired by Harry’s meeting with World War II veteran Ed Marshall last year. Marshall completed a fundraising skydive for his 100th birthday, and this month Harry is doing the same in Marshall’s honor — though the exact location and timing of the jump has yet to be announced.

Meanwhile, the rest of the family will remain a little more down to earth — the Sussexes are moving into their new home, Archie and Lilibet will be starting their fancy prep school, and Meghan is making apple butter. So, everybody is returning to normal life.
