I had the same a few weeks ago. No QR code and the numerical code on the ticket didn’t allow me to pay online via guichet. Ended up doing a bank transfer to the account details someone else posted below. The ticket itself looks like it has a space for the Digicash QR code above the Police logo.
so you guys are paying for tickets that you don’t even know if they are real? hmmm
