As summer faded, the world shifted on its axis, albeit for a small and ever shrinking number of people, when it became clear that Montecito’s loss (“They wave. They drive. Unsettling. But remember: to everything there is a season, a time to this, a time to that, a time to something something—yes, here it is—a time to pluck up and uproot de-Megxit.
