Well, it is Summer. A lot of it is actually in the head. You just have to accept that summer is hot. And drink plenty of water, of course.
Clearly the trend is that temperatures are rising, but I’m just wondering why they were already rising before human co2 emissions seriously took off (around 1950). I’ve been extolling the joys of non-estival seasons my entire life. Hopefully these insane heatwaves help people finally realise it was all just a mirage and good PR all along, and that summer has in fact always been the shittiest season.
