This might explain why Scottish power feel like they don’t have to answer my data subject request.
Called British gas for emergency top up twice… They said they will be out in 2-6hrs never even turned up…phoned them and I was told to use the Web site Complaints page… It didn’t load!
Honestly don’t know why I tried…. P.s Website running OK but still had no response.
I feel like all essential service call centres (like banks) , are going down the toilet. Staff simply drop calls if your query seems to be too time consuming.
Dealing with staff trained to turn people away.

All customer service is horse shit right now. Had to call the CMS yesterday. A ten minute chat was preceded by a 75 minute wait on hold.
All the customer service i`m getting from my supplier, Bulb (now bankrupt) is some email about price increases.
Customer Service across all companies in the UK is shocking.
