Joseph Lee Dulin, 47 of Milan, was jailed in Rome this week after reports said he used another person’s identity as his own to obtain over $12,000 at Heritage First Bank.
Reports said that Dulin uttered a check in the amount of $12,700 against another person’s account and received the cash. Police went on to say that the bank did put the money bank into the victim’s account making the bank the victim of the crime.
Dulin is charged with felony theft by deception and identity fraud.
