Thrive Tribe Technologies (ASX: 1TT) has begun execution of a three-year exclusive distribution agreement with Canadian defence supplier Effective Acceleration Ventures (EAV) to market WooBoard and REFFIND to NATO member states.
The agreement requires EAV to generate at least US$5 million in turnover by the end of year one and at least US$15m by the end of year two to retain exclusivity, with EAV entitled to 20% of revenue generated under the arrangement.
EAV is a NATO-registered defence procurement agency whose activities include military equipment procurement, logistics, and talent acquisition for government and allied agencies, and it has executed millions of dollars in Canadian government defence contracts over the past 18 months.
Thrive Tribe has also established local execution capability for a proposed first application involving an eight-week residential program in Australia for volunteer US military veterans.
The program will involve baseline and completion assessments, and follow-up at 30, 60, and 90 days.
Distribution Terms and Roles
Under the agreement, EAV will lead defence-market development, customer engagement, procurement navigation, channel management, tender and proposal support, requirements gathering, and sales progression across the target market.
Thrive Tribe will retain responsibility for product configuration, licensing, implementation, integrations, hosting, technical support, and the continuing development required for each customer deployment, including security controls and training.
The remaining 80% of revenue will accrue to Thrive Tribe before costs, while actual revenue will depend on procurement success, customer conversion, pricing, deployment scope, and timing.
EAV’s exclusivity does not authorise either party to award public contracts, bypass procurement procedures, or claim NATO endorsement, meaning the turnover thresholds are conditions for maintaining the distribution arrangement rather than committed sales.
WooBoard Product Roadmap
Thrive Tribe is developing WooBoard beyond employee recognition into a proposed defence wellbeing and readiness suite, building on its cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology for workforce engagement, recognition, and wellbeing.
The proposed architecture groups capabilities into five connected modules—READY, CONNECT, RECOVER, CARE and LEAD.
They cover mental fitness, secure communications, recovery support, access to approved support services, and privacy-preserving workforce insights.
Rather than replacing qualified care, the broader product design is intended to support personnel before, during, and after deployment through offline and low-bandwidth access, multilingual delivery, and secure synchronisation, as well as integrations with existing military health, workforce, identity, and learning systems.
Development is planned to proceed through customer discovery, defence-user design, clinical and ethical review, cyber architecture, prototype development, pilot configuration, and outcome measurement.
