The organization of the petroleum exporting countries, OPEC, says it will pause oil output increases in October. The decision comes after a virtual meeting between the organization’s member countries, including Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria and Oman, to review global market conditions and the economic outlook affected by the war in the Middle East.
