SAN ANTONIO – New restaurants and shops are coming to a $6.4 million shopping center planned in Stone Oak.
The 57,000-square-foot Stone Oak Mercantile, at the corner of Evans Road and Stone Oak Parkway, will have space for up to two dozen businesses.
Box Street All Day is expected to anchor the shopping center, with its fourth location expected to open in mid-2027. At the other end of the development, the rapidly expanding South Korean bakery Paris Baguette will also open its first location on the far North Side.
Crust Pizza Co., based out of The Woodlands, Texas, will open its first San Antonio location at the shopping center, continuing its expansion after opening locations in Cibolo and New Braunfels. West Coast coffee bar Black Rock Coffee will open its sixth location in the San Antonio area.
Other tenants planned for Stone Oak Mercantile include a Pilates studio, barbershop, dentist’s office and nail salon.
The project is expected to be completed in December 2026, and businesses are expected to open throughout 2027.
