(Alliance News) – Kruso Kapital said on Monday that the Bank of Italy has authorized the company to operate as the parent company of its financial group, effective from June 23. At the same time, it was deconsolidated from the Banca CF+ banking group and the new Kruso Kapital financial group was established.

With the central bank’s approval, restrictions are also lifted on the distribution of profits generated from the 2024 financial year onward and on other capital items, as well as constraints on the payment of the variable component of remuneration relating to 2024 and subsequent financial years.

Kruso Kapital closed up 1.1% at €0.018 per share.
