Was there over the weekend, and it was really quite good. The walkway was fantastic, some lovely views and being up in the trees was great. Kids had a ball with the small diversions/obstacles on the walkway (note: there’s still throughways for wheelchairs and buggys). The tower was impressive, but expect to queue for over an hour at least of you want to do the 90m slide down. This will become VERY popular in the future and will become a staple on the tourist route.
Thats fantastic, looks brilliant. Nice to see us doing things like this
Going to sound like a bit of a killjoy but I was very surprised and disappointed when I heard about the cost of it given it’s on state lands
I assumed parking for Avondale would be free and maybe a few euro each for the walkway (if even), you’ll be paying nearly €30 per person for it which is steep enough.
