As far as I recall there was a staircase that collapsed so until its fixed its closed

I know a woman who works there and according to her, early September but only the bottom floor.

I had frequent nightmares as a child about the elks’ horns falling on me as I toddled underneath. When it does reopen, I suggest a dose of caution about bringing small kids to visit.
