Hi all
We will be doing a road trip in August through some European countries and we pass through the Tatra Mountains. We found a nice hiking Tour through “Zakopane Tours” which seems to be a part of “poland-tours”:
https://www.zakopane-tours.eu/tatra-hiking
We did an “inquiry” for the right dates and immediately got a mail saying we would get confirmation within 24 hours. But no confirmation came. We tried calling the phone number, but have no answer, we tried the phone number found on “poland-tours.eu” but no reaction either.
We tried to find more information on sites like trip-advisor and as far as we can see, the company did exist and had good reviews, but we can’t really find reviews or news since 2020 (aka: start of COVID).
So, our question: can anyone help us find more information about this company?
We haven’t paid anything yet, so we’re not too worried about scams or anything, but it would be nice to know if we have to find an alternative for our hike.
bardzo dziękuję!

Hi,
Taken from “terms and conditions” info: Ostrowski/Krakusów/Kraków on business registry [https://aplikacja.ceidg.gov.pl/CEIDG/CEIDG.Public.UI/Search.aspx](https://aplikacja.ceidg.gov.pl/CEIDG/CEIDG.Public.UI/Search.aspx) says no entries, and “terms & conditions” refers to [Auschwitz-Tours.com](https://Auschwitz-Tours.com) with different telephone number, moreover googled “M.Ostrowski ul.Krakusów 1a/31, 30-092 Krakow” refers to [https://www.crazyguides.com/pl/kontakt/](https://www.crazyguides.com/pl/kontakt/) with another different telephone number and the NIP number 945 184 14 33 which through ceidg database refers to different address. Seems fishy but I’m not sure. Maybe someone from Kraków could prove it. Maybe he has too many sites and emails to catch up 🙂
Let’s start with the basics:
* Neither of these names is or was registered in CEIDG (Central Evidence and Information on Businesses), including no record of being struck out
* Neither of these names is or was registered in KRS (National Court Register), including no record of being struck out
**Poland-Tours.eu**
* The 666-123-456 phone number appears to be a dummy number used in examples
* Domain name registered through an intermediary. Registrant e-mail is [mike@crazyguides.com](https://whois.eurid.eu/en/search/?domain=poland-tours.eu)
* Website is obviously unfinished: blank Contact page and one of the titles under the logo says “inny dopisek jakiś” which means “some other footnote”
**Zakopane-Tours.eu**
* The 79 88 67 906 phone number comes up as linked to more than one thing: a web developer named KTE Productions, “Time4Poland Foundation” and some sort of organizer linked to info@crazyguides.com, mike@crazyguides.com and the phone number +48 5000 91 200
* Domain name registered through an intermediary. Registrant e-mail is [greatleadermike@gmail.com](https://whois.eurid.eu/en/search/?domain=zakopane-tours.eu). Looking that up leads us to Crazy Guides again
**Crazy Guides**
* https://www.crazyguides.com/contact/ – FINALLY a NIP indicating that the company probably operates as a legitimate business, as well as confirmation of the +48 5000 91 200 phone number
* Still not in KRS, so probably a one-man business that was not legally required to register there
* But exists in CEIDG: https://aplikacja.ceidg.gov.pl/ceidg/ceidg.public.ui/SearchDetails.aspx?Id=4692f568-0e6d-483f-8ebc-c6da963ee817
* CEIDG also gives another phone number, (+48) 515 101 222
* The CEIDG record was updated in May, so greatleadermike@gmail.com e-mail and (+48) 515 101 222 are probably valid
You’re looking at a one-man business operating under a dozen or so different trade names and paying little attention to details. I think you might be better served looking elsewhere.
