How am I not eligible to study to study directly at a German university, If i have an Academic lyceum diploma and a bachelors diploma already?

I studied 9 years of school, then 3 years in an Academic Lyceum, after that, 4 years of university (first year was foundation). So I dont get how is it possible for me not to be able to study at a German Uni. Without going to a Studienkolleg???

With your educational background, you can qualify for a direct subject-restricted admission for academic studies in the subject area of your previous academic studies or a related subject.
