Healthcare expenditure per capita in 2018 Tags:Europe 7 comments Source:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_total_health_expenditure_per_capita San Marino is probably a single person lol wtf croatia What’s going on in Switzerland? Are people less healthy or is healthcare just insanely expensive over there? The difference between GP availability in Germany and UK is pretty much exactly like the difference in spending, from my experience. 1488 for Russia Coincidence? I don’t think so😂 Switzerland, together with Spain and Andorra, are mountainous and have relatively high average elevation. Due to higher elevation and there is less air pollution. (PM2.5[ map Europe 2018](https://www.eea.europa.eu/data-and-maps/figures/pm2-5-annual-mean-in-2)) I guess relatively higher elevation and better air quality is beneficial to health and will save healthcare expenditure. US has higher healthcare expenditure than Switzerland but lower life expectancy. Leave a ReplyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
