Haha. This projet is the sort of ideological thing you only see in mission statements but can never happen in reality because it doesn’t exist. Women work less hours and don’t prioritize maximizing earnings. They make less money than men because they ain’t particularly trying to grab money, they want to do different things.
It’s fun to think that if women really were paid less, all companies would prefer to hire women.
What about “same pay for the same result”? Not position, but actual result. Because I feel Europe is kinda stuck in bad place right now. A lot of people are busy getting well paid job which is either useless or beyond their capabilities.
