Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson condemned the left-wing party deputies posing with the PKK flag in her country.
Speaking to Sweden’s official news agency TT, Andersson said, “The PKK is on the list of terrorist organizations not only in Sweden but also in EU countries. It is extremely inappropriate to pose with this flag.” she said.
Foreign Minister Ann Linde reacted to Left Party deputies posing with PKK flags.
Tagging Justice and Interior Minister Morgan Johansson on his Twitter account, Linde said, “This is absolutely unacceptable. The PKK is an organization that was declared a terrorist organization by the Olof Palme government in 1984 and that wounds conscience by killing many innocents. The left party should stop the PKK action immediately.”

It sucks that the only left-wing party in Sweden is obssessed with international affairs, mass immigration and identity politics, anti-nuclear power and and in favour of the completely unfair and broken rent control system. How does any of that help the ordinary working person?
I wish there were a party in favour of powerful unions and workers’ rights, lowering taxes on workers (abolish VAT on groceries and electricity and the energy tax, and increase the income tax bracket boundaries, made up with introducing inheritance tax and land value tax), pro-democracy and anti-monarchy, tough on crime (the death penalty for repeat violent crime, etc.), and against mass immigration and religion.
The question is why PKK flag is in Sweden ?
I think Sweden truly have a ties/problem with PKK
I still dont get it why would you want to support some bullshit middle-eastern organizations being european?
Its not like its in our intrest to support them, they do not share our valiues in any way and they are not allied to us.
I do not have to much knowledge about Swedish politics, but is it based in vast imigration that changed statusquo in elections and some parties can’t win without support from some ethnic groups that for example lobby for PKK supprt in Sweden?
The Left Party does not want to join NATO. And now three of their MP:s do this. Make your own guesses.
For non Swedes, the left party are the conservatives aka what the right wing is in the united states.
